Model 261 is assembled, single end face, multi-spring, built-in bearing, balanced mechanical seal, suitable for their respective weak corrosive medium, often used in side stirring conditions, the selection of hard pairs of hard friction pairs with flushing port, can also be used in mud and other working conditions.
Structural features:
Single ended container bearing mechanical seal. Easy installation, easy to use. Balance, arbitrary rotation.
The length of internal work is short. The static ring compensation does not contact the medium with multiple springs.
Applicable medium:
Medium containing high content of gypsum, lime slurry and other impurities.
Working parameters:
Content of fixtures: less than 30%
Temperature: less than 120 degrees centigrade
Pressure: less than 1.6MPa
Axle diameter: less than 150mm
Main applications:
The seal is mainly used in the side stirrer of the absorption tower in the flue gas desulfurization unit of coal-fired power generation, and also in the reaction kettle of chemical and paper industries.
